Kevin Scott was born in Sonoma County, California in 1969. Always a reader, he put pen to paper in earnest in 2006. He won the DirtRag literature contest in 2010, published a short story collection, a highly reviewed novel, and has written numerous articles and short fiction pieces for different mountain bike publications. He is currently working on two different novels when it does not conflict with his pickleball schedule.

Kevin MacGregor Scott is settled in Tucson after five years on the road in a Sprinter van with his wife and the ghosts of dogs passed. He calls British Columbia and Arizona home.
